We don't look for perfect people to lead, but rather men and women who are honest, humble, and hungry to grow more like Jesus and lead others to do the same. This short application is designed to begin a conversation of how God might be stirring your heart toward leading His people.

What happens next?

After submitting this application, you will meet with our Pastor of Community so we can get to know one another a bit better. From there, we'll work with you to determine if leadership is the best next step for you at this time. Either way, we value your participation in our church and pray that this process helps you grow more like Christ.
